All orders are handcrafted one batch at a time and typically ship within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Please note that shipping times may vary during high-volume periods or due to carrier delays.

Warm Weather Notice

We don’t use synthetic stabilizers or preservatives in our products, so during warmer months, some items may soften or melt in transit. If this occurs, simply place the product in the refrigerator until fully solid. This natural response to temperature does not affect product quality or effectiveness.

Due to the handcrafted, one batch at a time nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. This policy helps us ensure product freshness, quality, and fair pricing for our customers.
